Bookmark DoctorAccess
To avoid typing a URL each time you open DoctorAccess, you can add the URL as a bookmark on the Favorites bar in your browser, or bookmark the URL as an icon on your mobile phone Home screen.
Note: Make sure you bookmark DoctorAccess from the Login page. If you've bookmarked DoctorAccess other than from the Login page, see the troubleshooting section below.
When you bookmark DoctorAccess, your Login page web address should look like the example below after you replace the text "your_DoctorAccess_web_address" with the DoctorAccess web address your dental institution has provided.
Did you create a bookmark for DoctorAccess while viewing your appointments or messages, or just after logging out of DoctorAccess? If this is the case, you'll need to edit your bookmark to clear residual information from the web address.
Below shows an example of a web address after a user has logged out of DoctorAccess while viewing an appointment week in Scheduler. The web address contains details pointing to this appointment week in Scheduler. If this web address is bookmarked, each time the user logs in, DoctorAccess will always open the same appointment week.
Correct the DoctorAccess bookmark web address
If you've bookmarked DoctorAccess other than from the Login page, you'll need to edit the web address.
To edit the web address, delete the web address entries after "Login?ReturnURL=%2F" (remove entries outlined in red ).
